SDSM&T On-Campus Students

All SDSM&T students are issued a campus ID which also serves as a library card. Most students are automatically loaded into the library database. However, occasionally it is necessary for students to contact the library to have their ID activated.

SDSM&T Distance Students

The Devereaux Library will provide a library card to SDSM&T distance students upon request. Please email the library for assistance. Information on distance education

BHSU, DSU, NSU, SDSU, USD Students

Students who are enrolled at any South Dakota regental institution may use their campus ID at Devereaux Library. Each institution provides ID's for their students. Please check with your home institution for an ID card and then visit the Devereaux Library's circulation desk to have your ID activated for use at the Devereaux Library.

SDSM&T Faculty and Staff

Employees of SDSM&T are issued a campus ID which also serves as a library card. Faculty and staff IDs must be activated at the library. Please visit the library or complete and mail this form to the library. Retirees may request a complimentary card.

Friends of the Devereaux Library

Members of the Friends of the Devereaux Library receive a library card as part of their membership in the organization. Contact the library for more information.

Community Residents/Alumni

Those not currently enrolled in classes at SDSM&T may purchase a library card. Contact the library for more information.
